Account Deletion

1. Getting Started

First, make sure you have opened the app on your preferred device. If you are not already logged in, you will need to do so to access your account settings.

2. Navigate to Your Account

Once logged in, head over to your profile by tapping on your profile picture typically located at the top left of your screen. Here, you will find all your personal settings and options.

3. Access Settings

In the navigation, look for the Settings option.

4. Open Your Account Options

In your settings page, look for the Your account option.

5. Request Account Deletion

Within Your account, scroll until you find the Delete my account option. We understand this is a big decision, so we have provided some alternatives that might address your concerns, such as taking a break from the app. If you wish to proceed, select Delete my account.

6. Confirm Your Decision

Deleting your account is irreversible, so it is important that we make sure you are certain about this decision. When you select Delete my account, a confirmation dialog will appear. Click Delete my Account.

7. Final Confirmation

This is your moment to pause and reflect. If you are ready to proceed, type "DELETE" in the text field and click Permanently delete my account.

• Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.
• You will not be able to access or recover any information you have shared on our platform.
